About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Branch Administrator to join our team in Johannesburg. As a key member of our branch, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full reception duties – Politely and efficiently answering of Switchboard, serving, and attending to in-person customers
  • Ensure that showroom and displays showcase our products in the best possible way
  • Attend to customers and conclude in branch sales when opportunities arise
  • Where customers require more assistance with choosing profiles or site visits are required, pass as much customer info onto the branch manager as possible to help facilitate conclusion of a successful transaction by whichever sales resource the lead is passed on to
  • Ensure that all digital and telephonic leads are captured for future reference
  • Take payment from customers by card machine ensuring all receipts are correctly filed for future reference and payments are reconciled to cash sales each day

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in an administration focused role in a sales centric company essential
  • Knowledge of Syspro advantageous
  • High degree of computer literacy non-negotiable
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
