Camp Manager | Luxury Safari Lodge | KwaZulu-Natal Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a Camp Manager for a luxury safari lodge located in the Phinda region of KwaZulu-Natal. This is an exciting opportunity to join a world-class team and contribute to exceptional guest experiences while upholding the highest standards of hospitality. Requirements Previous experience in the lodge service industry, including guest-facing roles Prior Camp Manager or Safari Host experience advantageous Experience working with children highly beneficial Strong communication skills with both guests and staff Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail Ability to take initiative and think laterally Must uphold world-class hospitality and service standards Ability to cope under pressure and meet guest needs Strong leadership skills with the ability to correct and guide staff professionally Honest; proactive, and career-driven Valid unendorsed South African drivers licence essential Knowledge of hospitality operations, the environment, surrounding communities, and South Africa beneficial Key Responsibilities Welcome and check-in guests; manage dietaries, children, and special requests Prepare welcome and departure notes Host guests throughout the day and assist with all guest needs Ensure all guest-facing products meet lodge standards Oversee breakfast, lunch, and dinner setup Maintain tidiness and styling of all main guest areas Host meal services and ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams Work closely with waiters and HODs to maintain exceptional service standards Assist other departments as required Plan and host creative activities for children Ensure world-class service delivery at all times Package Live-in position Permanent role based in KwaZulu-Natal Transport to/from leave cycles is the candidates own responsibility To Apply Please send your updated CV, reference letters, qualifications, and a recent head & shoulders photograph Please note: Due to the high volume of applications, only candidates who meet the listed requirements will be contacted.
