• Timeously resolve queries on accounts
• Communicate with various role players as necessary to ensure queries are resolved
• Report to management on age analysis queries
• General account maintenance
• Prepare reconciliation of accounts
• Prepare requests for payment
• Ensure requests for payment are accurate and payment deadlines are met
• Prepare remittance
• Perform matching
