South Africa: Engineer – Wastewater Infrastructure – JHB/DBN or Cape Town

Requirements: BSc, BEng, or BTech in Civil Engineering is required. Masters in Water and Wastewater Treatment Process advantageous. BSc or BEng in Chemical Engineering will also be considered, if combined with experience in municipal wastewater treatment design and project management. Registered with ECSA as a ProfessionalEngineer/Technologist, or close to registration. 8 years min in wastewater infrastructure design and contract administration, with good knowledge of treatment plant processes. Strong AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit and Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel, Word and MS Project. Key responsibilities: The design of wastewater infrastructure Project management of multidisciplinary projects Preparing contract documentation Contract administration Supporting Green Drop and Blue Drop compliance.
