About the Role
StratLab partners with established and high-growth companies in the United States and Cayman Islands that intentionally build long-term executive support teams in South Africa. These are fully remote, permanent roles, not freelance or independent contractor positions. Our clients engage us when they require Executive Assistants who can operate at a senior level, bring structure to complexity, and support founders and executives in fast-paced international environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects and tasks for US-based clients from South Africa
- Write reports and provide administrative support as needed
- Lead meetings and make travel arrangements as required
