About the Role
Efficiency Staffing Solutions is seeking experienced and entry-level candidates to join our team in various construction sites across the Western Cape, including but not limited to Cape Town, Northern Suburbs, Southern Suburbs, West Coast, Paarl, Stellenbosch, Somerset West, and surrounding areas. We are currently building a database of suitable candidates for future employment opportunities within the mining and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform construction activities according to project requirements and job role.
- Adhere to site rules, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Use tools, equipment, and materials responsibly and safely.
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
- Follow instructions from supervisors, foremen, and site managers.
- Maintain good housekeeping standards on site.
Requirements
- Relevant construction experience (entry-level to highly experienced).
- Knowledge of construction site safety and PPE requirements.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
- Willingness to work on fixed-term contracts or project-based assignments.
- Valid South African ID.
Qualifications
- Trade certificates, qualifications, or tickets (where applicable) will be advantageous.
- Completed Matric certificate or higher.
