About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused In-Store Sales Agent to join our growing team. If you enjoy interacting with people, understand the value of good customer service, and have a passion for sales, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly as they enter the store and offer assistance
- Listen to customer needs and provide accurate product recommendations
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and promotions clearly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and basic complaints professionally
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Meet individual and team sales targets
- Assist with stock display, restocking, and inventory checks
- Stay updated on product knowledge and store policies
Requirements
- Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented personality
- Ability to persuade and upsell in a respectful manner
- Basic math and cash-handling skills
Qualifications
- Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification
