About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused In-Store Sales Agent to join our growing team. As an In-Store Sales Agent, you will be the face of our store, providing a welcoming shopping experience, understanding customer needs, and helping them find the right products while contributing to overall sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly as they enter the store and offer assistance
- Listen to customer needs and provide accurate product recommendations
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and promotions clearly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and basic complaints professionally
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Meet individual and team sales targets
- Assist with stock display, restocking, and inventory checks
Requirements
- Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented personality
- Ability to persuade and upsell in a respectful manner
- Previous retail or sales experience is an advantage, but not mandatory
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Basic math and cash-handling skills
