About the Role
Our client in the Health and Wellness industry is seeking an Internal Customer Services Consultant to join their team. As a key member of the customer service team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all walk-in clients receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing of Orders/Quotes/Invoices and dealing with emails.
- Assisting all walk-in clients.
- Working as a team player alongside your product consultant.
- Daily Courtesy calling and Upselling.
- Stock ordering from HQ (Johannesburg) on a weekly basis (draw up stock lists).
- Stock checking/counting once received.
Requirements
- Good communications skills including telephone/ email etiquette.
- Must be computer literate.
- Background in customer relations and sales experience beneficial.
- Bio kineticist, or Human Movement Science beneficial.
- Knowledge with regards to products sold to the Physio, Chiro, Bio an advantage.
- Accounting practices also a must.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: R12 000 to R14 000 per month.
