Location: Lynnwood, Pretoria

Salary: R12 000 to R14 000 per month

Our client in the Health and Wellness industry is looking for an Internal Customer Services Consultant.

Key responsibilities

• Processing of Orders/Quotes/Invoices and dealing with emails.
• Assisting all walk-in clients.
• Working as a team player alongside your product consultant.
• Daily Courtesy calling and Upselling.
• Stock ordering from HQ (Johannesburg) on a weekly basis (draw up stock lists).
• Stock checking/counting once received.

Requirements

• Good communications skills including telephone/ email etiquette.
• Must be computer literate.
• Background in customer relations and sales experience beneficial.
• Bio kineticist, or Human Movement Science beneficial.
• Knowledge with regards to products sold to the Physio, Chiro, Bio an advantage.
• Accounting practices also a must.
