Digital Marketing Associate

Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Associate supports the execution and optimization of NxaTels digital marketing initiatives. This role focuses on content creation, social media management, email marketing, performance tracking, and market research to strengthen brand presence, engagement, and lead generation across digital channels.

This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated individual looking to grow practical experience in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, curate, and publish content across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging, on-brand, and visually appealing social media content aligned with campaign goals

  • Monitor, track, and analyze social media and digital performance metrics using analytics tools to measure reach, engagement, and conversions

  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, audience behavior, and opportunities for digital growth

  • Assist with the creation, execution, and optimization of email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and lead-nurturing workflows

  • Contribute to written marketing content including blog posts, website copy, landing pages, and promotional materials

  • Support the setup, monitoring, and optimization of online advertising campaigns based on performance insights

  • Stay informed on emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, proactively recommending improvements to digital strategies


Requirements

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

  • Basic understanding of major social media platforms and how brands use them effectively

  • Foundational knowledge of digital marketing principles, including social media marketing, email marketing, SEO, and content creation

  • Familiarity with digital marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, or similar platforms

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear, engaging, and persuasive content

  • Creative mindset with a willingness to contribute fresh ideas and innovative approaches

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines

  • Genuine passion for digital marketing and eagerness to learn, grow, and adapt within a collaborative team environment
