We’re looking for a seasoned Lead DevOps Engineer to take ownership of infrastructure and deployment strategy as the business continues to grow. You’ll shape the backbone of systems, working with cloud-native tools, CI/CD pipelines, and automation to deliver rock-solid platforms that enable innovation.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing, building, and managing cloud-native infrastructure (Azure, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker).
• Driving CI/CD pipelines with Helm, ArgoCD, and DevOps best practices.
• Automating everything with Terraform, Ansible, Bash/Python.
• Embedding security (DevSecOps) into every stage of development.
• Partnering with product, security, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, resilient systems.
• Creating high-performing infrastructure for financial services products (credit, payments, and transactions).

What We’re Looking For

• Strong DevOps background (2-10+ years).
• Expertise in automation, IaC, and scripting.
• Experience with Azure and Unix/Linux.
• Deep knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, and SQL.
• Solid Java development exposure.
• Financial services experience (bonus).
• A collaborator at heart – this team solves problems together, often in-person at Rosebank offices.
• A degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
