Luxury 5* lodge seeks an experienced General Manager meeting the highest standards in conservation-minded and lifestyle-driven hospitality excellence, with the following specific requirements:- • Hospitality management diploma • Proven track record as Lodge GM in a 5* ultra-luxury boutique hotel or safari lodge environment, with over 35 rooms • Strong knowledge of financial principles – budgeting, forecasting, revenue management, and cost control. • Understanding of conservation principles and management • Knowledge of current trends in wellness tourism, food & beverage, and experiential travel An UPDATED & detailed CV in MS Word format (starting with current position) is required, as well as a Recent head & shoulders photo, taken in the last 6 months.
