Our client, a properties specialist in the development leasing and management of commercial and industrial real estate, is seeking a Maintenance Artisan to join our team

Duties:

• Maintenance of all machinery.
• Preventative maintenance of all machinery.
• Diagnosing
• Sourcing and assisting in procuring parts.
• Assemble and dissemble
• Minor Welding

Minimum Requirements:

• Qualification or Certifications in electrical and or pneumatic work, demonstrating competency for maintenance of Aluminium Machinery
• Experience on working on Pneumatic and Electrical Manufacturing Machinery.
• Ideally Aluminium Manufacturing Machinery.
• 3 – 5 years experience or more in welding and wire.

SKILLS:

• Proficiency in reading technical drawings, troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, and performing both preventative and corrective maintenance is crucial
