About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our High-end Restaurant Group based in Woodstock, Cape Town. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for leading the creation and execution of a holistic marketing strategy that drives growth and market share across all products and services within the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and execution of a holistic marketing strategy that encompasses all Products / services within the portfolio.
- Align marketing objectives with business goals to drive growth and market share.
- Oversee the relationship with external marketing agencies, ensuring their work aligns with strategic vision and delivers the desired results.
- Negotiate contracts, set clear expectations and monitor performance metrics.
- Leverage operations background to streamline marketing processes, improve workflow efficiency and ensure optimal use of resources.
- Implement best practices in project management and process improvement.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring all activities are cost-effective and deliver a strong return on investment.
- Monitor expenditures and report on financial performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Public Relations, or a closely related field
- At least 5 years’ management experience in Marketing
- Experience in hospitality or restaurant marketing management will be an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint a must)
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency with digital data analysis tools
- Strong analytical, organizational and creative thinking skills
