Description Job Title: Reservationist Location: Central Reservations Office – Paternoster Position Type: Full-Time | Includes weekends & public holidays We’re looking for a professional, experienced Reservationist to join our Central Reservations Office. Our hospitality portfolio includes a world-class five-star boutique hotel and two premium coastal holiday rental brands. This is an exciting opportunity for a guest-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and performs well under pressure. Minimum Requirements: Proven experience as a Reservationist in a hospitality environment Proficiency in Opera PMS essential | Opera Cloud experience beneficial Excellent email and telephone etiquette Strong administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to work weekends and public holidays Please note: this role may require relocation to Paternoster. Accommodation is not provided.
