Job Description
Lead AI-first testing initiatives using tools that select regression tests, interpret failures, and pinpoint faulty commits. Implement shift-left and shift-right strategies, leveraging observability and predictive analytics to deliver software that’s as reliable as the Table Mountain sunrise.
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in QA automation and frameworks
Knowledge of AI-driven testing tools (SauceLabs, Valido.ai)
Expertise in CI/CD and DevOps environments
Strong analytical and leadership skills
Ability to mentor junior testers
Qualification:
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
