Job Description
- Analyse business processes to identify optimisation and automation opportunities
- Gather, document, and validate detailed functional and technical requirements
- Collaborate with solution architects and developers to translate requirements into solution designs
- Support delivery of workflow automation, forms, and document management solutions (e.g., SharePoint, Nintex, K2, Power Platform, or equivalent)
- Facilitate workshops, user interviews, and requirements discovery sessions
- Map both as-is and to-be processes, supporting process re-engineering efforts
- Produce clear documentation including user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria
- Act as the interface between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams
- Assist with testing, UAT, and deployment to ensure solutions align with business objectives
Skills & Experience:
Essential
- 3+ years proven experience as a Business Analyst or Technical BA on automation or digital transformation projects
- Strong knowledge of business process modelling and continuous improvement methodologies
- Familiarity with document management systems (e.g., SharePoint, M-Files, OpenText, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both business and technical stakeholders
- Comfortable working autonomously and managing priorities in a hybrid client-facing environment
- Ability to identify and document data requirements, business logic, and domain-specific terminology in clear, accessible language
Desirable
- Experience with iManage document management systems
- Exposure to low-code or intelligent automation platforms
- Understanding of systems integration, data flows, and interoperability
- Experience in the legal sector
- Familiarity with agile delivery practices
- Interest in Copilot Studio / Agentic AI (as a user or configurator)
