About the Role
Network Finance is seeking a qualified Technical Facilities Supervisor to join their operations team in Dubai. This hands-on leadership role involves overseeing maintenance teams and ensuring high standards across commercial and residential facilities. The successful candidate will be a technically strong, self-reliant professional who is open to relocating independently for an international career opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities
- Lead and manage technical teams across multiple facilities
- Ensure preventative and reactive maintenance schedules are met
- Oversee contractor performance and compliance
- Maintain safety, quality and operational standards
- Report on technical performance, budgets and site requirements
Requirements
- Recognised trade qualification (Electrical / Mechanical / HVAC or similar)
- Proven experience in facilities management or building services supervision
- Strong knowledge of maintenance systems, compliance and safety standards
- Valid passport
- Willingness to relocate on an individual employment visa
