About the Role

We’re hunting for a top-tier Virtual Executive Assistant to support our high-growth founder. If your superpower is turning “Let me check my diary” into a symphony of perfectly spaced meetings, travel buffers, follow-up calls, and subtle human magic, we want you. As a virtual assistant, you’ll operate on EST hours, run the business behind the business, and be the calm inside the storm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars without sacrificing your soul
  • Navigate G Suite with lightning speed
  • Make phone calls without rehearsing for 10 minutes
  • Perform travel planning and buffer scheduling
  • Provide subtle human magic to our founder

Requirements

  • Can run a complex calendar like it’s their job
  • Understand time zones like they owe you money
  • Have entrepreneurial heart but disciplined craft
  • Be proficient in G Suite
  • Love working from home while everyone else is queuing for soft serve

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (if applicable)

Salary & Benefits

[Salary range: R500,000 – R700,000 per annum, plus performance-based bonuses]
