As a result of an awarded major EPCM project in Namibia, the client is seeking a motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join on site project team on 6:2 roster

About the role

• Lead and manage daily warehouse operations with a strong focus on safety and efficiency
  • Oversee inventory control, receiving, dispatch, and storage of materials
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery and stock accuracy
  • Implement and maintain warehouse procedures and systems to support project delivery
  • Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

About you

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics supervision, preferably within industrial or project environments
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and foster a culture of accountability
  • Strong understanding of inventory systems, warehouse management software, and logistics coordination
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence
