About the Role
HotelJobs, a leading hospitality company based in Cape Town, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team. As a full-service hotel, we require a dedicated and skilled individual to provide generalist HR services, manage talent acquisition, and support operational managers in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide generalist HR services to the entire hotel team
- Manage the annual performance management process and develop the wellness calendar/initiatives
- Roll out and implement induction programs for new employees
- Partner with operational managers to provide HR support and development
Requirements
- SA Citizen (with Matric/Grade 12 qualification)
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management
- 5 years’ experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Proficient in MS Office at an intermediate level
- Proficient on SAGE 300 People software
Qualifications
- Completed degree or diploma in Human Resources Management
