About the Role
The Medical Officer position is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the VALID 2.0 study, a groundbreaking research initiative that aims to collect and analyze multimodal clinical data. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of the data collected, while also facilitating expert panel discussions and providing support for project management and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the collection, abstraction, and quality control of multimodal clinical data (written notes, imaging, etc.)
- Facilitate expert panel discussions to ensure effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders
- Provide quality control and oversight of study operations at various sites
- Implement and complete project management plans in accordance with Good Clinical Practice and Standard Operating Procedures
- Manage teams and resources required for the successful delivery of project objectives
- Coordinate and conduct project-related training and skills assessments, as well as provide site support for multiple sites
Requirements
- MBChB/MBBCh Degree or equivalent
- Ability to coordinate study efforts in collaboration with Project Manager and abstract clinical information from written notes
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office suite
- Good Clinical Practice certification
