About the Role
We are seeking a fully qualified and experienced Finance & Insurance Manager to join our automotive dealership team in Northern Cape. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving finance and insurance sales, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Structure and finalize finance and insurance deals with customers, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory standards.
- Negotiate effectively with banks and financial institutions to secure the best deals for clients.
- Consistently achieve F&I sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
- Prepare, submit, and manage all relevant documentation and reporting in line with company and compliance requirements.
- Provide professional guidance and clear explanations of financial and insurance products to customers.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to maximize dealership profitability.
Requirements
- Fully qualified F&I professional with 35 years proven experience as an F&I Manager in the motor industry
- Strong track record of achieving F&I targets and maintaining high compliance scores
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills with financial institutions
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships
- Strong administrative, reporting, and organizational abilities
Qualifications
- Fully qualified F&I professional
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (if applicable)
