The Site Agent/Site Manager will oversee daily site operations, ensure project milestones are achieved, and maintain high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage subcontractors, resources, and timelines effectively. Requirements: BTech in Construction Management or similar Minimum 5 years experience in a Site Agent or Site Manager role within the building construction sector Strong knowledge of building processes, SANS codes, and health & safety regulations Proven ability to manage subcontractors, labour, and suppliers Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in MS Office; experience with project management software beneficial Valid drivers licence and own reliable transport Strong leadership and team coordination skills High attention to detail and strong organisational ability Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Professional demeanour and ability to build strong relationships Proactive, solution-driven, and reliable Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English Benefits: Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience and qualifications Contact RPO Recruitment for our next career opportunity.
