Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update cash flow projections Assist with month-end accounting tasks and reconciliations Provide support to other Property Accountants when required Assist with ad hoc accounting and administrative functions to ensure smooth department operations Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 with Accounting as a subject Bookkeeping or Accounting qualification Minimum 3 years accounting experience (property industry advantageous) Working knowledge of MDA Property Management System (advantageous) Valid drivers license and own transport
