ProStaffSelect are in search of a highly polished service oriented ASSISTANT LODGE MANAGER / FRONT OF HOUSE DUTY MANAGER to take on operational duties and to lead the front office, Concierge and estate team to greater success. REQUIREMENTS: Hotel Management graduate with at least 5 years luxury boutique experience Outgoing and bubbly personality with exceptional people skills Highly organised, attentive to minor details and self-motivated Strong on controls, Computer Systems such as Opera, Micros & MS Office Experience in Fine Dining Cuisine, Signature Wines and 5-star service standards Experience in lodge / boutique hotel Front Office operations, Housekeeping, security etc Experience with HR and Labour Law Admin highly beneficial Must have a valid driver’s license and PDP South Africa Citizens only
