Business Systems Analyst Manager
What You Bring to the Table: Undergraduate degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science. Formal Business Analysis training, including certification or proof of completion. 10 years of experience as a Business or Systems Analyst, working on software and process re-engineering projects. 5 years of experience managing a team of Analysts or Developers. Expertise in Agile project methodologies. Proficiency in analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, FIGMA, and DevOps. Experience in software testing and process re-engineering projects. Strong understanding of IT software products, development processes, and organizational change management. Skilled in workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Your Role in Action: Lead and manage a team of Analysts in delivering business case analysis, functional design, testing, and implementation of software solutions. Provide technical guidance, problem-solving expertise, and mentorship to your team. Allocate resources effectively across multiple projects to ensure efficient workflow. Work closely with Project Managers, Solution Owners, and stakeholders to define and document project requirements, timelines, and priorities. Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization. Develop and maintain business process flows, including As-Is and To-Be models. Ensure solutions align with modern, automated business processes rather than legacy methods. Oversee documentation, impact analysis, feasibility studies, and solution implementation. Collaborate with development and business teams to ensure seamless handovers and support. Conduct quality assurance, test planning, and user acceptance testing.
