Job Summary
Minimum requirements: A financial qualification preferred At least 5 years` experience as a Practice/Financial Manager Banks (FNB / ABSA / Nedbank / Standard Bank) Lexis Nexis and Lexis Nexis KYC SARS e-filing (VAT / EMP) Sage One Accounting (for group company – lease) Payroll (SAGE Payroll Professional, SAGE Self Help Services, Leave management) AJS and MS Office Advanced Excel Monthly Management Accounts: Incentive tracking, Conveyancing matter with balances after registration, Marketing Reporting Debtors: Deal with client queries when invoices are communicated Creditors: Advocates, Correspondents, Business Creditors FICA: Ensure office complies with FICA legislation Consultant: Stephnie Taljaard – Dante Personnel Cape Town
