MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY Minimum Requirements Grade 12/ or equivalent qualification B Degree or business/commerce qualification 10 years general management experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment Duties General/Commercial Management skills Sales and Marketing skills are crucial Financial & Production Controls (Inventory, Cash, Debtors, Creditors), Logistics, Sales and Marketing, SHEQ and HR; Strong commercial, operational and business acumen Proficient in customer relations Proficient in MS Office Excell & Syspro and/or equivalent ERP system People skills, including managing a diverse workforce is an essential attribute
