The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance across Windows and Linux servers . Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain Windows desktops, Windows servers, and Linux servers. Diagnose and troubleshoot system, network, and software issues for all users. Ensure IT infrastructure security, including implementing and maintaining security patches. Manage software updates and security patches for desktops and servers. Identify and resolve network issues related to routing, switching, and connectivity. Administer cloud-based environments. Manage and maintain virtualization platforms such as Proxmox, Kubernetes, and Docker. Maintain and support VoIP systems and hardware. Develop and implement automation scripts using Bash or Python. Configure and manage web servers (Nginx, Apache). Candidates must be willing to work UK hours Qualifications Matric Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or related qualification. Skills Must have 4 years experience in Systems Administration. Proficiency in Linux server management (RedHat/Debian-based). Strong knowledge of computer systems, software, networking, routing, and switching. Experience managing cloud-based IT infrastructure. Hands-on experience with Proxmox, Kubernetes, and Docker. Knowledge of Active Directory and LDAP administration. Experience managing enterprise-level productivity tools. Proficiency in Bash and Python scripting. Experience configuring and managing Nginx and Apache.
