We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Cashier / Receptionist to join our team at DTG TRADING, located in Verulam, KZN. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team, and possess strong problem-solving abilities. Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct telephone calls
- Manage cash handling, sales transactions, and processing of payments
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any complaints or issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records and perform administrative tasks as required
- Perform other reception duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in a related field
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Must be computer literate
