About the Role
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Field Guide to join the team at a luxury lodge located in the beautiful Waterberg region. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a professional guide who enjoys creating exceptional guest experiences in a pristine natural environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Ride, or be willing to learn horseback riding skills
- Provide excellent guiding services to guests
- Ensure safe and enjoyable experiences for all guests
- Lead nature walks and bushcraft activities
- Maintain knowledge of local fauna and flora
Requirements
- All guiding qualifications must be current (minimum CATHSSETA NQF Level 2)
- Excellent communication and guest interaction skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Team player with a passion for hospitality and the natural environment
Qualifications
- Completed relevant field guiding qualification
Salary & Benefits
Salary: R7,500 per month (Negotiable depending on experience)
