About the Role

Aim Personnel Services is seeking an experienced Distribution Supervisor to join our team in Industria, Johannesburg West. As a key member of our distribution team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our FMCG distribution network, ensuring high-quality delivery of products to our customers while maintaining a safe and efficient supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and maintain overall fleet management systems
Ensure compliance with quality, food safety, and safety protocols
Optimize distribution processes, including route optimization and overtime management
Deliver exceptional customer service
Measure, track, and report on progress against objectives using scorecards
Continuously optimize distribution processes through data analysis

Requirements

4 years of experience in FMCG distribution
Strong understanding of cold chain supply management
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

Qualifications

BCOM or BSc Logistics degree
4+ years of experience in quality, food safety, and safety systems
