About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Developer to join our team at Optim-G Sourcing. As a strategic global position, this role is ideal for a high-energy, self-starting Business Development Manager with extensive experience in SaaS sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, engaging with prospects, and delivering impactful product demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from cold outreach to closing targeting small, mid-market, and enterprise clients.
- Own the pipeline and client data efficiently using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
- Analyze market trends and competitive intelligence to inform sales and GTM strategy.
- Perform proposal development, scoping, objection handling, and deal negotiation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development or sales roles, specifically within the SaaS industry (5+ years).
- Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and building a healthy pipeline.
- Strong knowledge of UAE & GCC financial regulatory framework.
- Experience selling GRC/compliance/RegTech consulting solutions is preferred.
- Arabic language proficiency is a strong advantage.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
