About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Café Manager to join our team in Cape Town, Western Cape. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring consistency and quality execution across one of our cafés, operating in the retail/hospitality space. With excellent communication and social skills, you will motivate your team to work with passion and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct meetings and training sessions with team members.
Motivate team members to work with passion and excellence.
Discipline team members effectively.

Requirements

Industry-relevant Qualification.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
Leadership Skills – working with your team to drive sales and performance with customer excellence.
Understand finance, be able to do cash ups accurately, work out food costs.
Ensure customer satisfaction to ensure return business.
Drive the business as if it’s your own.
Competent in the use of POS/I.T. Systems.
Own Motor Vehicle and valid Driver’s License.
