• Serve as the outsourced Financial Accountant for multiple clients, handling day-to-day operations and bookkeeping like a pro.
• Prepare journals, management accounts, and run income statement and balance sheet reviews that even your calculator will admire.
• Oversee budgeting, reporting, variance analysis, payments, reconciliations, and cash flow monitoring – basically, keeping money in line while still looking cool doing it.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, KYC processes, and basic regulatory requirements – because rules exist for a reason.
• Communicate confidently with clients, external service providers, and international teams; translation from “finance speak” to human understandable included.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• BCom Honors in Accounting.
• 2+ years post-qualification in finance or accounting; ownership of full finance function essential.
• Exposure to management accounts a must.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting systems; strong independent working ability; excellent communication with senior stakeholders.
• Reliability, accountability, maturity, and a self-starter mindset.
• Previous client-facing or outsourced finance experience a major plus.
• Exposure to Web3, crypto, or digital assets, as well as familiarity with Cayman or other international financial governance frameworks, is highly desirable.
• Experience handling both fiat and digital asset payments essential.
