6. Client Identification and Verification (FICA)
7. Reporting Suspicious Transactions
8. Maintain customer confidentiality.

 
Requirements:

• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• High School (matric) (Required)
• Language: Fluent English
• Proven customer service experience
• Advantageous – strong knowledge of financial markets and trading platforms
• Proficiency in customer service software and communication tools
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends
• Effective communication skills
• Reliable mode of transport
