Western Cape: FP&A Analyst posted by Communicate Finance

As the FP&A Analyst, your duties include the following:
Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes
Provide data-driven insights to support strategic and operational decision-making
Develop, refine, and maintain financial models and performance dashboards
Partner with business units to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, providing clear variance analysis
Assist in preparing presentations and reports for senior management
Drive continuous improvement in reporting, analysis, and financial processes

Skills & Experience:
4-5 years of experience in financial analysis, management accounting or FP&A
Advanced Excell skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Qualification:
Bcom degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
CIMA studies in progress
