Reporting to the Head of FP&A, the FP&A Analyst will be responsible for building and refining financial models, partnering with regional finance teams, and delivering high-quality reports and dashboards. The role involves budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and supporting strategic initiatives through data-driven insights.
 
Skills & Experience:
Build and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
Analyse variances and provide insights on performance against targets
Collaborate with regional teams to develop accurate forecasts
Advanced Excel and 3-statement modelling experience
Identify opportunities to automate and streamline financial processes
Strong academic foundation in financial modelling and analysis

Qualification:
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

As the FP&A Analyst, your duties include the following:
Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes
Provide data-driven insights to support strategic and operational decision-making
Develop, refine, and maintain financial models and performance dashboards
Partner with business units to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, providing clear variance analysis
Assist in preparing presentations and reports for senior management
Drive continuous improvement in reporting, analysis, and financial processes

Skills & Experience:
4-5 years of experience in financial analysis, management accounting or FP&A
Advanced Excell skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Qualification:
Bcom degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
CIMA studies in progress
