Critical Criteria (Requirements)
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in hotel operations, with exposure to both Front Office and F&B operations in a 4/5-star property
- Previous supervisory or duty management experience in hotels or luxury resorts
- Strong knowledge of Opera PMS or similar systems and F&B operations
- Hospitality qualification or diploma advantageous
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve guest issues efficiently
- South African citizen with a valid ID
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Duties & Responsibilities
- Act as Hotel Manager on Duty, overseeing Front Office and F&B operations during assigned shifts
- Ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes and manage reservations and guest services
- Supervise, mentor, and support front office and F&B teams, maintaining high service standards
- Address and resolve guest complaints or requests promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, and other departments to ensure seamless operations
- Monitor service delivery, ensure adherence to SOPs, and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Oversee cashiering, billing, and audit procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Support staff training and development to maintain operational excellence
- Uphold hotel standards of professionalism, grooming, and guest interaction
- Live and promote the hotel’s values of Teamwork, Respect, Innovation, Accountability, Passion, and Integrity
Package on Offer
- Basic salary (TBA)
