• Experience in internal sales (glass, aluminium, or building materials advantageous)
• Sound understanding of wholesale sales, customer service, and order processing
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Detail-focused with solid admin and organisational capability
• Customer-driven, proactive, and solutions-oriented

 
DUTIES

• Internal Sales and assisting External salesperson
• Tracking sales orders and following up on quotes
• Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service
• Serving as the face of the organization to internal and external partners
• Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients
• Identify new customers and forward to External Sales
• Reaching sales quotas and goals
• Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities
• Brining new customers to increase customer base.
• Debtors’ management

 
Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience
