Qualifications (What You Bring to the Sleigh):
Minimum 3+ years of professional Java development experience (or enough passion to impress even the North Pole)
Strong understanding of Java 8+, OOP principles, and modern development practices
Experience with Spring / Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, or similar frameworks
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud technologies
Comfort with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and automated testing
