Job Summary

Non-Negotiable Requirements
- 3–5 years external sales experience in industrial automation, instrumentation, or plant engineering
- Completed or partially completed Electrical/Mechanical Engineering qualification or relevant industry experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM systems
- Valid South African ID, Code B Driver’s Licence, and own reliable transport
- Must reside in Cape Town (within 10km radius)
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Willing to travel for client consultations
- Passion for technical sales and delivering full-cycle solutions
Job Experience & Skills Required
- Strong understanding of factory/process automation, power, renewables, or control systems
- Proven track record of sales performance and target achievement
- Experience in tenders, quotations, technical sales presentations, and post-sales support
- Experience managing client relationships from concept to completion
- Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a team environment
- Advantageous: SAP, CISCO/CCNA/N+, or prior CRM system use
- Highly professional, motivated self-starter with a customer-first mindset
