About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Conveyancing Secretary to join our team at MPRTC Recruitment in Cape Town. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our conveyancing professionals, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle large volumes of files and documents
  • Provide administrative support to conveyancing professionals
  • Utilize GhostConvey, LEXIS Convey, Stordoc, and E4 training systems
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks and meeting deadlines

Requirements

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar conveyancing related role
  • Capable of handling large volumes of files (as a South African citizen)
  • Matric certification is mandatory
  • Must have experience with GhostConvey, LEXIS Convey, Stordoc, and E4 training systems

Qualifications

  • Matric (non-negotiable)
