Job Description:
- Produce detailed structural drawings and 3D models using Revit and AutoCAD
- Prepare reinforcing layouts and rebar schedules using AutoCAD Rebar
- Collaborate with engineers to interpret design requirements and deliver accurate technical outputs
- Update and maintain Revit models throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure drawings comply with relevant standards and project specifications
Skills & Experience:
- Strong proficiency in Revit (families, creating templates) and AutoCAD
- Experience detailing reinforced concrete, structural steel, masonry, and timber structures
- BIM workflows
- Construction documentation standards
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
- Minimum 4–7 years’ experience
Qualification:
- Grade 12 with certification in Revit and AutoCAD (essential)
- Diploma or AdvDip or Btech in Civil Engineer or a related field (advantageous)
