The purpose of the role is to: Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, management and labour unions. Conducting investigations into employee misconduct and transgressions of Company policies and procedures. Provides advice to and consult with employees and management regarding Company policies and procedures and government policies, regulations and procedures Requirements: Minimum Qualification: National Diploma in Labour Law/Labour Relations/HR or equivalent at NQF Level 6.
