Job Summary
Location: Nasrec ð´ï¸ Reporting to: Principal Process Engineer ð Start Date: As soon as possible ð§ Key Responsibilities: Oversee and document all aspects of project execution within the factory. Plan, budget, and implement factory changes with cost-effective strategies. Develop and maintain project frameworks, processes, and best practices. Drive project performance aligned with strategic business goals. Coordinate across departments to ensure accurate budgeting and performance monitoring. Provide mentorship and guidance to team leads and contractors. Communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels to align expectations and drive progress. ð¯ Key Performance Indicators: Production yields Staff performance and management Product specification compliance Budget and cost containment â What Were Looking For: Matric Certificate Proven experience in project management, ideally in an FMCG or manufacturing setting Strong grasp of the project management lifecycle and ability to manage multiple related projects simultaneously Experience or qualification as a Draughtsman (advantageous) Engineering qualification (beneficial but not required) ð¥ Who You’ll Work With: Youll lead a team of Production and Project Builders and collaborate closely with senior management to enhance productivity and process efficiency in the edible oils sector.
