General Maintenance Worker

Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Perform sanding and minor repairs on furniture. Carry out minor painting work. Handle general maintenance tasks as needed. Inspect common areas and outdoor spaces for malfunctions or damages and report issues to the Maintenance Manager. Conduct daily room inspections before guest arrivals. Execute maintenance repairs, including fixing broken locks, plumbing, woodwork, and paintwork.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of prior maintenance experience (preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in spoken English. Excellent attention to detail. Flexibility to adapt to tasks and schedules. Well-presented with an enthusiastic attitude. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.
