Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling : Engage in daily cold calling to prospective clients in target markets to introduce our services (ISP/MSP/IT solutions) . Lead Generation : Identify and qualify new leads, understanding their needs and matching them with our solutions. Product Knowledge : Acquire a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate benefits to potential customers. Relationship Building : Develop rapport with prospects and maintain a professional and friendly approach to nurture interest and move leads through the sales pipeline. Data Management : Accurately record and manage information in our CRM, tracking lead status and follow-up requirements. Target Achievement : Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets. Market Feedback : Gather and report customer feedback and competitive information to help improve our offerings.
Requirements:
Experience : Proven experience in telesales, cold calling, or customer service, ideally within the ISP, MSP, or IT sector. Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal communication and listening skills, with the ability to convey complex solutions in a clear and engaging manner. Sales-Driven : Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Tech-Savvy : Basic understanding of internet services, managed services, or IT solutions; willingness to learn more in these areas. CRM Knowledge : Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
