Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage inventory levels of hotel supplies, including food, beverages, linens, and other essentials. Conduct regular stock counts and audits to maintain accurate records. Reconcile discrepancies and report any issues to management. Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of goods. Maintain detailed records of stock movements and usage. Implement and maintain inventory control procedures. Ensure proper storage and handling of all inventory items. Collaborate with various departments to forecast future inventory needs.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Stock Controller or similar role. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping. Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to storage and handling of goods. Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
