We`re looking for a ServiceNow Developer to assist with the ServiceNow support and configuration tasks and to ensure business requirements are delivered timeously. What you’ll do: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into technical requirements that can be implemented within the ServiceNow platform. Design and development: Design and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform using various tools and technologies, including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow APIs. This involves creating and configuring ServiceNow applications, modules, forms, workflows, and integrations. Customization and configuration: Customize and configure ServiceNow applications to align with the organization`s processes and workflows. This includes creating new modules, fields, tables, UI pages, and scripts. Integration: Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications within the organization`s IT infrastructure, such as Active Directory, LDAP, monitoring tools, and external APIs. Develop and maintain integrations using web services, RESTful APIs, and other integration methods. Testing and debugging: Conduct unit testing, system testing, and troubleshooting of ServiceNow applications to ensure they function correctly and meet the specified requirements. Documentation and knowledge sharing: Create technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and release notes. Share knowledge and provide training to other team members and end-users. Maintenance and support: Provide ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancements to existing ServiceNow applications and workflows. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and provide timely resolution. Your expertise: Must have strong design and development on the ServiceNow platform using various tools and technologies, including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow APIs. Must have ServiceNow configuration and customisation experience in ServiceNow modules, including creating and managing workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts. Must have experience in Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications within the organization`s IT infrastructure, such as Active Directory, LDAP, monitoring tools, and external APIs. Strong knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs for integration Understanding of relational databases, particularly MySQL, as ServiceNow uses a relational database to store data.
