Title: Executive Search Recruiter
Location: Remote in South Africa (preferably Cape Town)
UK Working Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly experienced Executive Search Recruiter with a strong focus on senior finance roles, including CTOs, Heads of Credit, and Heads of Structured Trade.
The recruiter will play a critical role in scaling teams across Africa and EU, working on high-profile executive placements. You will be responsible for sourcing top-tier candidates for leadership roles that will drive the company`s growth and success.
Key
Responsibilities:

End-to-end executive search and recruitment for senior finance roles.

Specializing in CTO, Head of Credit, and Head of Structured Trade placements.

Partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles.

Developing and executing strategic sourcing plans to attract top talent.

Engaging with high-caliber candidates through headhunting and networking.

Managing the recruitment process from initial contact to offer negotiation.

Ensuring an exceptional candidate and client experience throughout the hiring process.

Staying updated on market trends within structured trade, credit, and financial leadership
Requirements
-
5 years + proven experience in executive search recruitment, preferably in the finance sector.

Strong understanding of senior financial roles and leadership hiring.
-
Experience placing candidates in Africa (South Africa, Nigeria, and beyond) is advantageous.

Ability to manage multiple high-level roles simultaneously.

Expertise in headhunting, direct sourcing, and talent mapping.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setup.
